Swim Workouts

  • Coached swim workouts/drills once per month.
  • Indoor Swimming to focus on stroke and body balance technique.
  • Open Water Swimming to focus on drafting, confidence and sighting technique.
  • SMU Dedman Center Pool for indoor swims; Joe Pool Lake at Lynn Creek Park Beach Area for Open Water Swims.

Run Workouts

  • Running clinics/workouts with focus on good form, efficiency and speed. Learn how to run faster with less effort.

Bike Workouts

  • Coached bike workouts throughout the Metroplex.
  • All rides will be 1-1.5 hours.
  • Clinics and workouts are focused on good climbing technique, legal drafting and good pedal stroke.
  • Workout timing will be sent via email the week of the schedule workouts.
