  • Weekly phone call to discuss progress and address questions
  • Daily email contact as needed
  • Follow-up visit every month for body composition retesting
  • Additional $10 discount on all  Playtri cooking and nutrition classes
  • Requires Resting Metabolic Rate testing which is essential to obtain most accurate daily caloric needs.  Additional fee required.
