The 5th Annual Playtri Summer Triathlon Camp. This triathlon training program targets late season races of all distances. Races of mention, Take on the Heat Sprint, Rockwall Kiwanis Tri-Rock and Stonebridge Ranch Sprint/Olympic. Going long for the late season 70.3 and/or IM, there is over 3000+ feet of climbing on the long course.
Not just limited to training but the camp also offers many opportunities for learning more about open water swimming, biking and running for the race of your choice. So whether a beginner or advanced athlete some up soon space is limited to 35 participants.

This camp is designed to meet the needs of the beginner to the experienced triathlete.
The minimum amount of each distance you should be able to do for each sport in order to attend the camp are as follows:
- Swim: 500 meters
- Bike: 10 miles
- Run: 1 mile
Support and gear (SAG) will be provided on the swim, bike, and run courses.

The camp will be USAT sanctioned. You must be a USAT annual member or purchase a one day membership to participate in the camp. A one day membership can be purchased at the athlete check-in on Thursday in Ardmore.

Additional Coaching Services/Testing
One on one sessions, Heart Rate Zones through lactic testing, VO2 Max, Caloric Expenditure by Heart Rate with carbohydrate/fat % testing, triathlon specific bike fitting and triathlon specific weight programs with a coach are available before, during or after the camp.
