We have recently been informed by the YMCA that they are now not available on July 7th. We are working with them to find an alternative date and as soon as we have one we will update the site and registration.
Voice of Hope is excited to host the 2018 Splash-n-Dash Triathlon!
You are invited to join us in a day of fun and healthy exercise. Participants will be able to show off their skills in the pool and of course how fast they can dash! Children and teens are welcome! There are lots of ways to be a part of the first Voice of Hope Splash-n-dash: You can participate in the race, sponsor the event and get your business or organization recognized in various marketing pieces, you can volunteer to help with preparations for and on the day of the event to hand out water and cheer on the racers, and more.
The splash-n-dash is just one of many ways Voice of Hope is encouraging children to live healthy and stay active. As we disciple children in their walk with Christ and encourage them in their educational pursuits, we want to make sure we equip them with the resources and training to maintain nutritional eating and exercise habits well into their bright and hopeful futures.

All finisher's will receive a finisher's medal. All athletes will be eligible for top three awards in their divisions.
Every participant must show photo ID and proof either of USAT annual membership. USAT membership is included with this race for those who do not already have a membership. If one of these is not provided at packet pickup, the participant will be required to purchase an annual membership to pick up his or her packet, regardless of whether or not he or she already has a membership. ($10 for youth).

Many volunteers from numerous North Texas civic organizations are committed to make your race a safe and memorable experience.
Average temperature on race day: low 76 - high 95.
For safety reasons, Playtri Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel a race due to severe weather conditions. When severe weather is present, all precautions will be made to ensure the safety of the athletes.
This is a chip timed event. Each participant will be required to wear a timing chip in order to be counted in the results. Timing chips are assigned to participants according to bib number. Please pick up your timing chip the morning of the race at the chip timing station beginning an hour before race start. ALL TIMING CHIPS SHOULD BE RETURNED AFTER YOU CROSS THE FINISH LINE. A $30.00 fee will be charged to the participant if the timing chip is not returned. Awards are based on chip times.
