Introduction to Safe Cycling Skills
Make sure you can perform safely and efficiently for improved confidence and speed by attending Introduction to Safe Cycling Skills with Coach Chris Gescheilde.
This is a practical clinic, and participants will be on the bike performing drills to address the following areas:
-Proper starts and stops
-Holding the line
-Taking a drink while riding
This is also a great class for athletes just beginning to use clipless pedals.
