Playtri McKinney introduced TRX Group Suspension Training classes starting in July. 

Some of you may be wondering what is suspension training?

Suspension training focuses on functional training by having the athlete use their body weight to move through various exercises (see photo ).

So why use it?

  • Increases cardio

  • Builds strength

  • Increases your flexibility

  • Challenges your agility

  • Improves balance and core stability

  • It’s safe!

  • It’s fun!

Who is it for?

The unique design of the TRX makes it applicable to athletes of all ages and abilities and varying fitness levels.  The benefits can be transferred to sports environments and everyday life.
