GROUP TRAINING

Playtri Group Training Programs are designed for any athlete desiring to complete their first triathlon or take their training and racing to the next level with structured training. These programs accommodate triathletes from the beginner signing up for his/her first triathlon to intermediate triathlete who wants to improve their skill and racing experience.

Get Fit (8 Week) Group Training Programs - CLICK PROGRAM TO GET REGISTERED

Get Fit: Group program that does not target a single race, but focuses on general health and fitness in a group environment using swimming, biking running and strength training as the tools. The Get Fit Programs start at the 1st of the month will last for 8 weeks.  **Swimming portion is not included but can be added for $50.

Half Marathon (12 Weeks) Start Dates - Click Program to get Registered

This Group Training Program targets anyone desiring to run at the Half Marathon distances for the Stonebridge Ranch, Cowtown events and Rock n Roll Half Marathons. The program accommodates all levels from beginner, intermediate or elite runner.

Playtri OFF Season (12 Weeks) Start Dates - Click Program to get registered

This 12 week program is designed to build strength, skills and power for the swim, bike and run. Don't rest on your laurels during the off-season. Grab the opportunity to get stronger and develop your technique while building confidence in a group environment!

*This program accommodates triathletes that are proficient pool swimmers, can ride 20+ miles, and run a 5k any day of the week.  You do not need to have completed a sprint triathlon to participate.  The distances listed above still apply.
