Please bring the ORANGE IRONMAN CLAIM TICKET WITH YOUR BIB NUMBER ON IT for the service to begin. We will not be able to serve you without receiving the ORANGE IRONMAN CLAIM TICKET.

·      UNPACK AND ASSEMBLY OF BIKE. DOES NOT INCLUDE TUNE UP.

·      COLLECTION OF BIKE FROM TRANSITION (DURING RUN SEGMENT OF RACE)

·      DISASSEMBLY AND PACKING OF BIKE. DOES NOT INCLUDE TUNE UP.

·      BIKE WILL BE DISASSEMBLED WHILE YOU ARE OUT ON THE RUN AND LEFT IN YOUR TRANSITION SPOT READY FOR YOU TO PICK UP POST RACE. **IN RARE INSTANCES, YOU MAY HAVE TO PICK UP FROM THE IRONMAN BIKE TECH TENT INSIDE TRANSITION.

*All necessary/additional/major adjustments – starting at $20.

*Pricing Applies to Most Bikes.  Additional costs may apply for some bikes.

*We do not have ability to ship or receive bikes. Please bring your bike to the Playtri tent at the IRONMAN Expo for all services above.

*We strongly recommend overseeing TSA handling during bicycle inspections and purchasing insurance when shipping your bicycle to/from races.
