Every two minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer. On average 2,000 children in the US will lose their battle each year. Scientists receive more funding from private parties than they do from the National Cancer Institute. One of the best ways to help these children is to support foundations that fund research. The Children’s Cancer Fund is an incredible foundation that gives a notable amount to children’s hospitals in the Dallas metroplex.
