HOW THIS CAMP CAN HELP YOU

Motivate you for your late season A races

Increase efficiency, essential to long course racing, through specific workouts and nutritional direction and timing

Teach you race nutrition and racing strategies for triathlons of all distances

ATHLETE FITNESS

This camp is designed to meet the needs of the beginner to the experienced triathlete.
It is highly encouraged that the athlete may be able to complete at least:
SWIM 1,500yds/meters
BIKE 25miles
RUN 3miles

CAMP SUPPORT

Support and gear (SAG) will be provided on the swim, bike, and run courses.

USAT MEMBERSHIP

The camp will be USAT sanctioned. You must be a USAT annual member or purchase a one day membership to participate in the camp. A one day membership can be purchased at the athlete check-in.

9:30am Long Course Education: Nutrition, Hydration, Electrolytes & Timing in Long Course

10:30am Brick: Bike Hills to Run Drills

1pm Lunch & Education: Nutrition: Types & Product Review

2:30pm Brick: Endurance Bike to Run

6pm Education: Debunking Fat Efficiency Training  & Evening Close Out

9:30am Run: Run Strength to Speed - Heat Acclimation

11:30am Lunch & Education: Heat Acclimation and Recovery
