PLAYTRI DALLAS TEAM
Join the training program with over two decades of coaching experience. Whether you’re getting ready for your first tri, looking for more structure in your training or just wanting to train with other athletes who share your passion, the Playtri Team has a place for you!
Playtri Team Members get:
Coached workouts every week in Dallas, Plano & Allen
Coached open water swims at Pier 121 Marina every Saturday (March-September)
15% retail discount at Playtri Dallas and Rockwall Cycling (some exclusions apply)
Option to supplement in-person training with the Playtri Training App or individual coaching
Access to private Playtri Team group to meet other triathletes locally and nationwide
Reduced cost road entry-level road bike rental - 4 weeks for $100

Tuesdays:
5:30-6:00 AM Core + Mobility (ZOOM - Email jim.rowe@playtri.com to join)
Fridays:
8:30-9:15 AM Core/Conditioning (Liberty Rec Center - meet in parking lot next to pool)
9:15-10:15 AM Track Practice (Liberty Rec Center - meet at gravel track behind rec center)
Saturdays:
7:30-8:45 AM Open Water Swim Practice* (Pier 121 Marina)
9:00-11:30 AM 40 Mile Group Ride, rolling avg 17-18 mph* (Pier 121 Marina)
10:00-11:30 AM FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH Recovery Ride Around WRL (Playtri Dallas)
12:00-1:00 PM Swim Club Practice (DRN) - No Swim Club on May 11, 2024

All athletes must have a Playtri Waiver on file (Click Here to Complete Waiver).
