• Introduce/review and practice foundational swim practices

• Introduce/review and practice drills to address most common technique flaws

• Participate in a coached swim workout including relays

1:30-3:30

• Review the difference between pool and open water swim stroke

• Overview of Playtri’s 5 Pillars of Open Water Swimming

• Practice open water swim drills that you can include in your pool workouts

• Practice open water swim skills with other athletes
