Playtri Triathlon Swim Training gives athletes dedicated pool time and a structured, triathlon-specific workout at every session.

Workouts are designed specifically for triathlon swimming, with an emphasis on endurance, pacing, efficiency, and race preparation.

SWIM AT THE KAYCEE POOL!

Kaycee Pool Practices are held at an outdoor pool and will generally continue during normal seasonal weather, including rain and cold temperatures.

Lightning/Thunder: Athletes will exit the pool immediately. Practice may resume 30 minutes after the last thunder or lightning.
Rain: Practice will continue unless lightning, severe weather, poor visibility, or unsafe conditions are present.
Cold Weather: Practices will normally be held at 40°F and above. Practices may be modified or shortened at 35–39°F and will generally be cancelled below 35°F. No outdoor practice at 32°F or below.
Severe Weather: Practices may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled due to severe storms, high winds, hail, tornado conditions, or other unsafe weather.
Extreme Heat: Practices may be modified to allow for additional hydration and rest breaks.

Weather can change quickly, so final decisions may sometimes be made at the pool. Athlete safety will always be our priority.
