Coach Morgan is the Head Coach of Playtri and Team Playtri Elite, and is responsible for the organization and ongoing management of all Playtri Coaching programs. Morgan began swimming as a young child growing up on the Texas coast, and has participated in a variety of open water swim races, including the Waikiki Swim Club North Shore Swim and the Swim Across the Sound in Connecticut, along with countless open water swim triathlons. She raced in the ITU Short Course World Championship in 2011 in Beijing, and now focuses her competitive efforts on developing triathletes of all ages and abilities.

Coach Jim started swimming as a young child at his local YMCA in Minneapolis and swam competitively up until high school, with a competition focus in butterfly and freestyle. While shifting his athletic focus in high school and college, Jim included regular swimming as part of his overall fitness program. A triathlete since 2004, Jim has had numerous age group victories that were set up by a strong swim. Currently Coach Jim works with triathletes racing all distances, and offers private lessons with Playtri Aquatics.
